- Men and Families of the 1011th S & S Co.
- This blog was created so you might better know the men in the 1011th S&S Co. that served your country in Vietnam from August of 1968 through September of 1969. This unit was made up of two Army Reserve platoons, one from Independence Ks., and one from Emporia Ks. The members of this unit were citizen soldiers which left families, businesses, and colleges to go to war.

Elroy Drake has been in and out of the hospital for chest pain and breathing problems. They have ruled our heart as his two stents are open and working fine. They feel that it could be acid reflux that is causing the pain. He has COPD. Keep him in your prayers. Drop him a line or send a card thinking of you.
