Updated list of Diseases Assoicated with Agent Orange Exposure

By request we are publishing the lastest list of diseases associated with Agent Orange Exposure.

Each and every member in the 1011th unit that was in Vietnam, is qualified to be on the Agent Orange registery. This is a very simple process of an interview and an abreviated physical. This may be well worth your time if you haven't completed this process.

All 1011th personnel should register as soon as possible with the VA's Agent Orange Registery if you have not done so, as many service connected diseases are starting to effect our unit members as we get older. Many of our members have signed up with the VA, but the Agent Orange sign up is different. You need to tell your VA representative that you are specifically signing up for the Agent Orange Registery.

If you have any of the diseases listed in the VA notice below and you have not registered with the Agent Orange Registery you need to do so now, as there is a good possibility you may qualify for medical benefits and monthly compensation.

The Veteran's Commission of Kansas, American Legion, Veteran's of Foreign Wars, etc. are also places you can receive more information on Agent Orange benefits.

You can read more on each of these diseases by going on the VA's web site at: www.publichealth.va.gov/exposures/agentorange/diseases.asp#veterans.
