About Us

Men and Families of the 1011th S & S Co.
This blog was created so you might better know the men in the 1011th S&S Co. that served your country in Vietnam from August of 1968 through September of 1969. This unit was made up of two Army Reserve platoons, one from Independence Ks., and one from Emporia Ks. The members of this unit were citizen soldiers which left families, businesses, and colleges to go to war.
